Jared Martin was the 2019 President of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.). Martin is a Central Valley real estate broker and one of the owners of a real estate franchise, Keller Williams Westland Realty in Fresno, Calif. As a third-generation REALTOR®, he has worked with his family’s business for over 22 years. Since 2001 he has been involved in over 1,700 transactions.
In addition to serving his clients, Martin also is active with his local, state, and national Associations of REALTORS®. He was President of the Fresno Association of REALTORS® in 2009 and was its Treasurer in 2014 and 2015. At the state level, he served as the Treasurer, the Chairman of the Strategic Planning & Finance Committee and the Chairman of the Real Estate Business Services, LLC (REBS) a subsidiary of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS ® (C.A.R). Also active with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), Martin served as the Vice Chairperson of NAR’s Finance Committee, and as the Chairman of the Real Property Operations Committee. Martin has been an NAR Golden “R” recipient since 2004 and a President’s Circle Hall of Fame Member.
Active in his local community, Martin is on the Board of Directors of FFB Band and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board. He also served as a director for the Foundation for Clovis Schools and is a member of the Rotary Club of Fresno Member. Martin is an Alumni of California State University Fresno’s, Sid Craig School of Business.
